Muti-phased open channel inspections serving Stantec and LACPW.  Perform and document physical condition inspection of varies open flood control channels, levees, and pump stations; evaluate operational adequacy and structural stability, monitor deficiencies such as assessing causes of panel failure and assisting in capital improvement project prioritization.
